Conscious attention directed to trust and respect issues, open and closed mindedness, acceptance and rejection of self and other, Us vs. Them dynamics, value systems conflicts, and interventions to promote positivity and productivity to meet performance objectives.
Integral Change Strategies
How should who lead/manage/direct/coach/teach whom to do what, under which conditions, where? Removing or bridging barriers to natural change dynamics. Utilization of elegant, integral (accepting of all in their partiality woven together to discern an appropriate whole) designs that support systems and habitats to match capability and conditions. Change is facilitated best when there is an open climate for visioning of super-ordinate goals, sourcing fresh thinking, space for perspective shifts and, mapping of meta patterns while initiating micro actions – then receiving feedback to navigate constant shifting through time.
Life Cycle Flows and Patterns
Including stages of individual, business and cultural groupings (generations) development as they move through time, from birth to death. Each stage calls forth maturities, intelligences, growth plates, recessions/regressions, and potentials that follow meta patterns and which are critical informing perspectives for pragmatic, anticipatory, flexible responses to current realities.

Reframing and contextualizing experience to recover, regenerate and renew core functional intelligences. Getting a Handle what the are next action steps after charting a course to achieve of goals, move through transitions, build capability for transformations, prepare for and shape future conditions.
Social Technology and the Web 2.0 Explosion
Introducing to new audiences, as a user, the benefits and added value of adopting internet applications to further their own interests and needs. Working with collectives to deal with conflict, tension, communication and perceptions issues related to implementing open source and collaborative structures as social technology prevails within the cultural milieu.
